The initial targets were 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 minutes, respectively, for each round. I know this looks quite long, but don’t worry, the target became shorter during the games: every minute I rolled a dice, and the target time was shortened by the number of pips. For example, if the current target is 8 minutes and I roll a 5, the new target will be 8 – 5 = 3 minutes, and if the elapsed time is already 3 or more than 3 minutes, the round ends immediately. She can see a stopwatch in front of her and she can know the new target from me every minute. Nothing secret, isn’t it? Well, she didn’t know that I decided not to release her right away when she reached the target in the last round… Let’s guess how many rounds she can pass!  Xiaoyu Breathplay Marathon
    47 minutes    		  Xiaoyu Breathplay Marathon - After a long vacation we have a new custom video from Xiaoyu. She was wearing a Japanese one-piece school swimsuit “sukumizu” with her hands tied behind her back and legs tied to a chair, and went through a long breathplay “marathon” consisting of four sessions. Session 1: Xiaoyu was wearing a swim cap, goggles and ear plugs. Her mouth was taped by transparent film dressing so that she can only breathe with her nose. Then I controlled her breath using a nose clip. The timing was based on an eight-round O2 table training, starting from 25 second apnea with 5 second increment until 60 seconds. Between each apnea she can breathe for 10 seconds only. Session 2: The nose clip was kept on her nose and a small hole was poked in the film dressing to allow Xiaoyu to breathe. A piece of black bondage tape was used to cover the small hole, and she was asked to speak the alphabet from A to Z before the black tape can be removed for a while. This was repeated in 10 minutes. Session 3: The swim cap is removed, and the hole in the film dressing was stretched bigger to make her breathe more easily. A plastic bag was used for breathplay. The bag was soft and often stuck to her face when she was inhaling, leaving her breathless even though there was still fresh air in the bag. This session was again for 10 minutes. Session 4: Another 10 minutes session, with the soft bag replaced by a breathplay hood without breathing holes. After several times she was pushed near her limit at the end, and she even moved the chair she bound to during her struggling. At the end of the video some chat is recorded. She was quite happy with the sessions and liked the breathplay hood much better than the soft bag.
     Xiaoyu Breathplay with Brief Blackout
    29 minutes    		  Xiaoyu Breathplay with Brief Blackout - Xiaoyu has another custom video! And here’s the table of contents. 1. Bag her head with a plastic bag. When she has been struggling for a while, take off the bag and put a swim cap on her face, until she reaches her limit. 2. Cover her face with the swim cap. When she has been struggling for a while, take off the swim cap, let her count from 1 to 30, and put on the swim cap again. After she has been struggling for a while, take off the swim cap, let her count from 1 to 60, and put on the swim cap one more time, until she reaches her limit. 3. Let her exhale all air in her lungs and then cover her face with the swim cap for 30 seconds. After a break, let her exhale all air again and cover her face with the swim cap for 60 seconds. 4. Compress her in a vacuum bag with some residual air. 5. Compress her in a vacuum bag with some residual air. After she starts struggling, pump some air out. When she has been struggling for a longer time, pump air out further, and keep her in the bag until she reaches her limit. 6. Compress her in a vacuum bag when she is wearing a ball gag. Pump residual air out one or two more times, and keep her in the bag until she reaches her limit. Xiaoyu actually blacked out briefly right before the exact moment when I opened the vacuum bag in the last round. The ball gag in her mouth impeded her reflexive breathing and recovering, but after I removed the ball gag she recovered quickly. It is an unexpected but great ending!  Xiaoyu Anaerobic Exercise and Near Blackout in Escape Challenge
    32 minutes    		  Xiaoyu Anaerobic Exercise and Near Blackout in Escape Challenge - Xiaoyu-senpai wants to try anaerobic exercise because she’s into fitness. After wearing a breathplay hood with no breathing hole, she did a plank plus rest without taking off the hood, and repeated this for two more times. The set time for each group increased gradually. In the last round, the timer for rest was wrongly set as counting up instead of counting down. Poor Xiaoyu was waiting for the alarm beep when the countdown ends, which will never happen. When I discovered that error, Xiaoyu had already collapsed on the ground, her lips turned purple, and she was twitching slightly… Next was a set of squats for more than two minutes. Although panting heavily, Xiaoyu still finished it successfully. Before the next exercise, she needed a good rest, so I cuffed her hands to her same-side ankles, and tied a collar around her neck over the hood, so that she can’t take the hood off by herself. There were three rounds of rest, and the set time increased from 2 minutes to 3.5 minutes. However, Xiaoyu obviously wanted to take a longer rest, and she persisted for 4 minutes and 15 seconds in the last round and made quite some noise at the end. Then there are two sets of sit-ups, each to complete 20 sit-ups and a rest of more than 1.5 minutes without removing the hood. Finally came the most exciting escape challenge of this video. Xiaoyu was box-tied with her hands behind her back and wearing the breathplay hood with no hole. A collar was put around her neck and locked. The key was thrown to a corner of the room. Xiaoyu must first sit in a chair for one minute, then break her hands free, find the key on the floor, unlock the collar, remove the collar, and finally take off the hood. Let’s review the challenge process through the following post-event interview. ―I: You were calm in the first minute. ―Xiaoyu: I had to save the air. It was not difficult to break my hands free. You didn’t make it too tight. ―I: Right, because the game can’t continue if I made it too tight… Then you found the key easily after crawling half of the room. ―Xiaoyu: But it took me a lot of energy to crawl and search for the key. I felt a shortness of breath already. ―I: Then you tried to unlock the lock on the collar, but you found that because your upper arms were tied, you can’t reach the lock by hands, and started panicking and screaming aloud! ―Xiaoyu: There was not much air left, and I had to loosen the rope on my upper arms. I went mad. You see, I still have bruises on my arms from the struggling. ―I: When I heard your scream I thought I had to help, but found that even I couldn’t take the hood off before removing the collar. Luckily, at the same time you calmed down quickly, restored your breathing rhythm and started to work on the lock. ―Xiaoyu: It seems so… ―I: But you couldn’t put the key into the keyhole after trying for a long time, so I decided to help you to unlock. ―Xiaoyu: Huh? She failed three times so she will be punished for 5 min × 3 = 15 min in total under a breathplay hood secured by a collar around her neck. At the 5 and 10 minute marks I will stretch the 5 mm breathing hole a little bit on her face for a few seconds to help her catch her breath, but will not take off the collar and the hood. She can call a halt before 15 min if she cannot endure any longer, but after a rest she has to start over again. Xiaoyu thought it an easy punishment since the breathplay hood has a breathing hole. However, in reality in a hogtied position her lung volume is shrunk so she can barely get enough fresh air through the breathing hole. To make it even worse, she found that she was about to drown by her own sweat and saliva cumulated inside the hood…  Xiaoyu Anaerobic Exercise Till Blackout

She was doing anaerobic exercises again with sealed plastic bags over her head. Squat kicks, tuck jumps, burpees, and jump squats, these are quite intense exercises. Several targets were set, and she must meet the targets before the bags can be torn open. However, if you watch the video carefully and count how many times she repeated the moves, you will find how she cheated… Well, she told me afterwards that she was not cheating but simply did not have a clear mind to count due to lack of oxygen… but anyway, I decided to punish her, by not releasing her after the last jump squat, and watching her struggling on the floor helplessly until blackout with purple lips. This time her blackout behavior was quite different from the past, probably because it was after intense exercises.

    35 minutes    		  Xiaomeng Anaerobic Exercise and Rest Part 3 - Xiaomeng has been watching Tokyo Olympics these days and decided to learn from the athletes and keep exercising. As a result, the popular “Anaerobic Exercise and Rest” series now receives its new chapter! Like in the previous chapters, Xiaomeng was blindfolded and wearing her latex catsuit and a breathplay hood. However, this time the hood has no breathing holes at all. I believe that this new version will create better anaerobic effect than using the old hood with a breathing hole and blocking the hole afterwards. The first half of the video is all about anaerobic exercise. Xiaomeng did several rounds of high knees, sit-ups, lunge stretch and plank. She seems to have improved her physical strength a lot since last time, and for each round she can persist longer than before. The second half is of course anaerobic rest. I fastened Xiaomeng to a chair by taping her legs and wrists to the chair. First I made a test run to record her baseline of anaerobic rest, which is about 2 minutes and 10 seconds. Then six rounds of countdown rest were carried out, with durations increasing gradually from 15 seconds to 1 minute and 50 seconds. Finally, I timed another rest without countdown. She struggled till 2 minutes and 15 seconds mark before I had to release her. Ummm, there’s a little bit of improvement. Xiaomeng lay on the bed for a long time the next day. She said that all her muscles were aching. Well, it means that the intensity of the anaerobic exercise is sufficient, but the duration of the anaerobic rest is not long enough…  Xiaomeng Zentai Dog in Water and Sauna
    45 minutes    		  Xiaomeng Zentai Dog in Water and Sauna - This is a custom video. Xiaomeng was in her black zentai, dog bondage set, as well as a latex breathplay hood with a small breathing hole. It was already quite difficult to spend a long time under the hood, and Xiaomeng even had to finish a few challenges! Challenge 1. Crawling in a pool. It was a pool with shallow water, so Xiaomeng was able to crawl there. Well, this shoot was quite tough for Xiaoyu. Our client was curious on how a blackout and subsequent wakeup look like under extraordinary circumstances: when Xiaoyu is standing, has no air in her lungs, and cannot breathe at all. X-cross and film dressing have been chosen for this purpose. Before we actually went for the “research”, we bound Xiaoyu to a chair and covered her nose and mouth with film dressing under different durations, from short to long, three times in total, in order to warm her up. Next we stood her to the X-cross and covered her airway with film dressing for three times again, asking her to keep full lungs, half lungs, and empty lungs of air, respectively, in order to adapt her body and mentality gradually to the extreme conditions of no air and no breathing. Finally she was ready for the last round. She knew that she would blackout for the first time by film dressing covering her nose and mouth, and she knew that that might be very painful. The fact is, that was even more painful than what she thought. After she breathed out air in her lungs and got her airway covered, she held her breath actively for more than a minute. There were a few contractions but in general she was still under control. However, once she can’t suppress the urge to breathe, things started to go wild. She can’t help sucking in void harder and harder, and the negative pressure made her lungs burning and a drumming in her ears. She gradually lost control to her limbs and started dancing on the X-cross. She faded away, hanging powerlessly at her wrists. When we brought her back, she was quite exciting and happy. You can see that from an earlier GIF post on X by herself. She felt so fresh and comfortable to breathe air again. “It was extremely tough before blackout, but the recovery was quick and there is no headache afterwards at all, unlike blackout induced by rebreathing”, said Xiaoyu.
